Gluten Free Breakfast Grains

Ingredients

  1. * 2½ tablespoons buckwheat groats
  2. * 2½ tablespoons brown rice
  3. * 4 tablespoons quinoa
  4. * ¼ cup rolled oat
  5. * 1 cup apple, diced
  6. * 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  7. * 3 cups water
  8. * 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Combine ingredients in crock pot. Mix well.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Stir before serving.
  4. Add more water if needed.
