Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients

  1. * 6 cups water
  2. * 3 cups pumpkin, diced
  3. * 1½ cups steel cut oats
  4. * ½ cup honey
  5. * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  6. * ½ teaspoon salt
  7. * ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Steps

  1. Put everything in a 3- to 6-quart slow cooker. Stir well.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir well before serving.
  3. if you're on weight watchers this is 3 points per serving.
