Chunky Pumpkin Apple Butter

Ingredients
- * 10 C apples (peeled & cubed)
- * 1 can solid pack pumpkin (15 oz size)
- * 2 C apple juice or cider
- * 1½ C honey
- * 2 T ground cinnamon
- * ½ T ground cloves
- * ¼ T salt
Steps
- Use any kind of apples. Combine all in a crock pot or slow cooker; mix well. Cook on low for 14-15 hours. Freeze in 2 cup portions, if you like.
- Notes: Great autumn treat and a way to use up all of those apples!
- Number of Servings: 5 pints
