Summer Slaw

Ingredients

  1. Shredded cabbage
  2. Shredded beets
  3. 1 large carrot, grated
  4. ½ apple, chopped
  5. Sunflower seeds
  6. Sliced almonds
  7. 2 large lemon wedges
  8. 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  9. Olive oil

Steps

  1. Shred the cabbage, carrot, and apple.
  2. Add sunflower seeds and sliced almonds, and toss.
  3. Squeeze two lemon wedges over salad, add olive oil and orange juice. Toss.
  4. Shred beet on top and serve!
