Strawberry Hazelnut Salad with Basalmic Vinaigrette
(recipe, Hillsdale Farmers' Market)
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 to 8 cups salad greens
- ¼ cup hazelnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
- 12 strawberries
- Whisk together the vinegar and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Place greens in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss. Add strawberries and toss again. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top of salad.
