Farmer's Market Scramble

  1. Egg
  2. Chopped garlic
  3. Sliced mushrooms
  4. Arugula
  5. Rosemary
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
  8. Goat cheese


  1. Healthy saute the garlic, mushrooms, and arugula until arugula is slightly wilted (don't overcook).
  2. Add egg, salt, pepper, and rosemary, and then scramble.
  3. Melt goat cheese on top after finished cooking.
