Farmer's Market Scramble

- Chopped garlic
- Sliced mushrooms
- Goat cheese
- Healthy saute the garlic, mushrooms, and arugula until arugula is slightly wilted (don't overcook).
- Add egg, salt, pepper, and rosemary, and then scramble.
- Melt goat cheese on top after finished cooking.
