Healthy Fried Rice

    Steps

    1. Steam a mixed selection of vegetables (eg: carrots, cabbage, broccoli). Cook rice. Heat 1 tbsp. ghee and add ½ teaspoon cumin, turmeric, and ground coriander. Add vegetables, salt, ½ tsp. cardamom powder and then rice. Mix well and serve.
