Parmesan crusted tilapia

Ingredients

  1. 4 tilapia fillets
  2. ¾ cup of Club cracker crumbs
  3. ½ cup of parmesan cheese
  4. 1 tspn of salt
  5. 1 Tbsp. of olive oil

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Thaw and rinse the tilapia fillets.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients together in a dish.
  4. Coat the tilapia fillets with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Place in an oiled baking dish.
  6. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20 min.
  7. If you desire a little more crusty you can broil it for 2 min at the end.
