Ingredients

  1. ½ cup low-fat buttermilk, shaken well
  2. ½ cup sour cream
  3. ¼ cup fresh Italian parsley leaves, minced
  4. 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  5. 1 medium garlic clove, minced
  6. 2 Tbsp. fresh chives, minced
  7. 1½ tsp. kosher salt
  8. ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium nonreactive bowl and whisk until smooth and evenly combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
