Plastic is an enduring substance, both in landfills (and in the earth's oceans) and in the media. Time magazine has written about the pervasiveness of plastic before, and now the publication is revisiting its health implications. In '"The reporter Bryan Walsh picks up where his previous plastics article left off, with a lengthier look at just how polluted our bodies have become thanks to plastic. Even when plastic decomposes, as National Geographic_ reported, it's still harmful, leaching chemicals that wind up in us for good. Or bad.
