Ingredients

  1. ½ cup real mayonnaise
  2. 1½ tsp. grainy mustard
  3. 1½ tsp. Dijon mustard
  4. ¾ tsp. tarragon vinegar
  5. 2 dashes Tabasco
  6. ⅛ tsp. sugar
  7. 2 tsp. minced shallots
  8. 1½ tsp. drained capers, coarsely chopped
  9. 1 tsp. minced flat-leaf parsley

Steps

  1. Combine mayonnaise, mustards, vinegar, Tabasco, and sugar in a small bowl. Stir in shallots, capers, and parsley. Season lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
