Parmesan Crisps

These delicious little bites will impress your guests, and give you more reason to turn on the oven. I realized this little tidbit by accident, realizing that the parmesan which had spilled over the edge of my garlic bread came out tasting as good as the bread itself!

Spoon 2 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese onto a baking sheet, lined with Silpat or parchment to avoid sticking. Using the back of your spoon, spread them out into little circles. Space the piles a few inches apart to allow for spreading as they bake.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes, take out and place on a plate. They will crisp up after you take them off the tray. Serve alongside salad, fruit & cheese plates....Viola!
