I bought 1.25 lbs of grassfed ground beef 6 medium potatoes cubed 1 1/2 cups chopped carrots 1 jar of tomatoes chopped 1 diced shallot 3 med onions 1 tablespoon (web of life) garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon allspice 1 pint broth or water 4 tablespoons butter Wash and cube potatoes and start a pot of water to boil. When fork tender. Put in bowl with garlic powder and 2 tablespoons of butter. Mash until creamy. Put 1 tablespoon butter plus 3 tablespoons oil in to large sauce pan. Put onions and shallots in, cook until clear. Add ground beef. Brown 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add chopped tomatoes and carrots. Cook for five minutes then add allspice and broth.Cook for five more minutes. Spoon meat mixture into a casserole dish and then spoon garlic mashed potatoes over. Sprinkle some more garlic powder over and broil for five minutes or until bubbly.
