- * 5 cups whole milk or whatever you have
- * ⅔ cups sugar
- * 1 cup Arborio rice
- * 3 eggs, lightly beaten (optional if using whole milk)
- * ¼ teaspoon salt
- * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- * ground cinnamon to taste
- Mix all ingredients in your crock pot.
- Set on your lowest setting, stir occasionally, and enjoy four hours later.
