Just in time for Turkey Day, here's a quick and OH SO EASY appetizer to make. I like to call it: Cheese Rounds for the Hounds 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (wimp out and buy the bags) 1/2 cup margarine 1 and 1/4 cup flour Dash cayenne pepper (I use a dash, some of you daredevils may want more) Mix ingredients together and form long rolls, 1-inch in diameter. When ready to bake, slice into 1/4-inch rounds (thus the name) and bake 5 minutes at 400 degrees. I like to take a fork and make an indentation on each round. Why? Ah...I dunno. Leaving my mark? Watch people pile a bunch in napkins and then stuff them in their pockets, the hounds! Best make a double batch.
