Oh, did the theme parks in the am- off to the opening session of the Conference. We were invited to a dinner party at Emeril's Tchoup Chop.Everything was wonderful but the service was magnificent. I was so impressed - sitting at a table for 12 evryone was served at the same split second. I can't recall ever having that many servers - wow, it was impressive. But the food - so delicious...
