BLT Taboule Salad

Introduction
Bacon, lettuce & tomato taboule salad
Ingredients
- 5¼ oz. box taboule mix wheat salad
- 1 cup boiling water
- 6 pcs bacon cooked and chopped
- ½ cup sundried tomatoes
- 2 cups romaine leaves trimmed and sliced into bite size pieces
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
Steps
- Combine wheat salad mix with seasonings and 1 cup boiling water in medium serving bowl, refrigerate 30 minutes. Stir in additional ingredients and serve.
