Monday Dose of Market: September in Colorado

This week I visited the Tamarac Square Farmers' Market in Denver, CO.  Before moving to Portland, OR three years ago, this market was less than a mile from my house.   I never went to it.  Not once.  Amazing what a few years, a few books, and access to some of the best farmers' markets will do to your perspective.

If I had gone, I would have found organic vegetable farmers, tree ripened fruit from the Western slope of Colorado, local bakers and Colorado made pickles, jams, relishes and honey.  Who knew.
