Okay, one more breakfast "thang" (as we say down South) and then I promise to move on to something else. I've always loved breakfast but time and convenience were my enemy, so I often opted to eat a pack of snack crackers, or a quick bowl of cereal; which by the way, was sugar. And sometimes, I would skip it promising myself I'd made it up later. I've since learned that this is a big NO-NO to eating healthy and staying fit. I never skip breakfast; EVER. I'm like a girl scout now; always prepared. Here's another quick and delicious breakfast for the person who doesn't have a lot of time, but appreciates a healthy bode. Dessertified Breakfast (why yes, I made that up, how can you tell?) 1 English Muffin [http://thomas.bimbobakeriesusa.com/product.cfm/upc/4812118471 "Thomas English Muffin 6 Pack Light Multi Grain" 2 tablespoons of fat-free strawberry yogurt Fresh Blueberries (can use frozen when out of season) Toast the English muffin under a broiler until crispy on the edges (that's my preference) and remove from oven. Spoon 1 tablespoon of fat-free strawberry yogurt on each muffin. Add blueberries. You can thank me now...is this good or whatttt?
