Marionberry Pie

Ingredients
Crust
- 2½ cups of flour
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 -teaspoon salt
- ½ cup of sugar
- 6 to 8 Tbsp. of ice water
Filling
- 4 cups Marionberries
- 3 Tbsp. of flour
- 2 Tbsp. of lemon juice
- ½ tsp. of salt
- ½ cup sugar
Steps
Crust
- Dice butter into ½ inch cubes. Freeze for 15minutes. Mix flour, salt, and sugar, in a food processor. Pulse in butter and ice water until dough can be pinched together. Knead into 2 discs and refrigerate overnight.
Filling
- Mix all ingredients and pour into rolled out piecrust.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10minutes then 350 degrees for 30minutes.
