Grilled Salmon and Baby Bok Choy

Introduction
Very moist salmon recipe, good for company.

Ingredients
- 2 lb. wild salmon filet - about two filets
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced or grated
- 6 to 8 baby bok choy, cleaned well and cut in half lengthwise
- 3 Tbsp. rice wine or sake
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- Lime
Steps
- Place salmon filet on a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil - big enough to wrap and seal
- Rub salmon with sesame oil
- Season with salt, peppper, garlic and ginger
- Arrange bok choy on top
- Drizzle with rice wine and soy sauce
- Seal foil
- Grill on medium-high heat for 25 minutes
- Let stand for 10-30 minutes before serving, still sealed
- Transfer to platter to serve, squeeze lime juice over and serve with extra lime wedges
