You brown the bread crumb topping first, then set-aside, then make the fruit filling and cook as the sauce reduces/thickens, then add the topping back on, cover and cook to warm the whole thing over, then serve.  With the induction burner, you get no extra radiant heat, only what comes off the skillet.  Besides who reading this chat doesn't want a new kitchen toy!  :-) </td></tr></table></div>
