So how exciting is this? I took the lessons learned from my cooking class at Little Savannah and applied them at home in my one butt kitchen. See? You CAN make a gourmet meal at home. See? You CAN surprise folks with boldness and taste! Here's the deal: I couldn't find flounder (and I sure wasn't gonna cut one up. see last entry) so I used halibut. I also used meyer lemons, which was fun and lemon-y and orange-y all at once. I also used fresh thyme because that's what I had. So, here we are folks: another fun, fantastic meal thanks to Little Savannah and my own personal quest for culinary adventure. GO forth culinary people. Learn something new. Then apply it to your world. I am loving this!
