Introduction
In the height of winter, when there's a lot of citrus to choose from, I like playing around with different combinations: Meyer lemons, clementines, blood oranges. For the right balance of tart and sweet, keep the proportions at roughly 2 parts orange/tangerine juice to 1 part lemon/lime juice.
