 For years I've toyed with the convection setting on our oven, arbitrarily switching it on or ignoring it, as whimsy dictates — but I've never really mastered it. Sound familiar?

He tackles the should-I-bother-with-the-convection-setting question, thoroughly and methodically, and we can all be grateful for his research. But Hank's not letting us off the hook either.
