Time to bake

250g breadflour
250g rye flour
500g water
15g salt
10g instant yeast

mix all ingredients in  a bowl and let rest for at leat 12 hours 
in a warm place.
Fold over the dough a couple of times and place on a baking tray,
covering it with foil to keep it  moist and warm.
Allow to rise to about double size.dust with some flour,if wanted.Place in the preheated oven
at about 450 degrees fahrenheit.Put a fireproof cup filled with
water in the oven to provide some extra moisture.

Baking time will be apr.20-30 min.
