- 4 cups mache
- 1 hardboiled egg
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- Wash mache and dry gently with a towel or allow to air dry. Place in a salad bowl when dry.
- Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over greens. Toss salad gently to mix.
- Crumble hard boiled egg over greens, add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
