Cows have gotten a bad rep for polluting the environment with all their manure and methane. But going vegetarian ain't the only solution; as a couple of Connecticut dairy farmers have demonstrated, recycling cow manure into fertile, biodegradable plant containers is a perfectly feasible way to deal with the poop problem, and is actually more profitable than selling the cows' milk. As one of the farmers says, "It’s a strange world when poop is more valuable than milk."
