Gasthous Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  1. 4 cups grated carrots (as for hash browns)
  2. 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  3. 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
  4. 3 Tbsp. sugar
  5. pinch of salt
  6. 1½ tsp. caraway seeds (optional)

Steps

  1. Mix all - marinate 2 hours, preferable overnight
