Gasthous Carrot Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups grated carrots (as for hash browns)
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1½ tsp. caraway seeds (optional)
Steps
- Mix all - marinate 2 hours, preferable overnight
