Shirley's Canadian Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  1. 2 cans condensed chicken broth
  2. 2 cans water
  3. 1 large onion, diced
  4. 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
  5. 4 stalks celery, sliced thin
  6. 1 pinch seasoned salt
  7. 1 pinch garlic powder
  8. 1 pinch black pepper
  9. 1 pinch paprika
  10. ½ cup butter
  11. ½ cup flour
  12. 4 cups milk
  13. 1 lb. velveeta, cut in pieces

Steps

  1. Combine broth, water, onion, broccoli, celery, carrots and spices.
  2. Mix together butter, flour and milk until smooth.
  3. Melt cheese, add butter mixture.
  4. Add broth mixture.
