Shirley's Canadian Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cans condensed chicken broth
- 2 cans water
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 4 stalks celery, sliced thin
- 1 pinch seasoned salt
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch paprika
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1 lb. velveeta, cut in pieces
Steps
- Combine broth, water, onion, broccoli, celery, carrots and spices.
- Mix together butter, flour and milk until smooth.
- Melt cheese, add butter mixture.
- Add broth mixture.
