Honey Glazed Carrots

- 3 12.0 -oz. pkg. frozen carrots
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- In a large saucepan, cook frozen carrots in a small amount of boiling water just until tender. With a slotted spoon, remove carrots from pan; set aside.
- Add honey, butter and brown sugar to remaining liquid in pan; mix well. Return carrots to pan and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring to coat, about 10 minutes.
