Boston Market Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 3 large sweet potatoes
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 stick butter, softened
  5. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  6. 1 Crunch Topping:
  7. 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  8. 1 Tbsp. flour
  9. ⅓ cup brown sugar
  10. ⅓ cup chopped pecans
  11. 1 tsp. cinnamon

Steps

  1. Boil potatoes until tender. Remove skins when cooled. Put into a large bowl and whip them until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole and top with the Crunch Topping.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
