Brown Sugar Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- ½ cup quick oats
Steps
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; stir to mix well and set aside.
- Combine milk, egg and oil in smal bowl; whisk to mix well. Add milk mixture to flour mixture; stir until moist batter forms. Stir in oats.
- Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake onto hot, lightly greased griddle or nonstick skillet. Cook until tops are covered with bubbles, about 2 minutes. Turn and cook other side. Serve with maple syrup.
