Banana French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 slices raisin bread
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350. Butter 8-inch square baking dish. Cut bread slices into 4 squares. Arrange half of bread squares in bottom of dish; top with bananas. Arrange remaining bread squares over bananas.
- Combine milk, eggs, cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in blender; process until smooth. Pour milk mixture over bread; let stand 5 minutes.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
