Banana French Toast Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 8 slices raisin bread
  2. 2 medium bananas, sliced
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 3 large eggs
  5. 3 oz. cream cheese
  6. ⅓ cup sugar
  7. 3 Tbsp. flour
  8. 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Butter 8-inch square baking dish. Cut bread slices into 4 squares. Arrange half of bread squares in bottom of dish; top with bananas. Arrange remaining bread squares over bananas.
  2. Combine milk, eggs, cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in blender; process until smooth. Pour milk mixture over bread; let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
