Caliente Beef Jerky

Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef
- ½ tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. water
Steps
- Trim all fat and cut into ¼ inch slices.
- Combine ingredients, add meat and cover.
- Marinate in fridge overnight.
- Remove from marinade, line a cookie sheet with foil and lay meat without touching.
- Dry for 10-12 hours at 175 degrees making sure to turn every 3 hours and keeping oven door propped open for ventilation.
- After completely cooled, store in refrigerator in plastic bags.
