Almost Classic Hollandaise

Ingredients
- 4 tsp. unsalted butter
- ½ cup water
- 1 lg egg yolk
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- ¾ tsp. dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. all-purpose flour
Steps
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk the water, egg yolk, lemon juice, mustard and salt in a small bowl; gradually whisk in the flour.
