Cajun Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. dried crushed oregano
- 2 tsp. dried crushed thyme
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. ground white pepper
- ½ tsp. ground cumin
- ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 lb. boneless pork loin roast
Steps
- PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
- COMBINE paprika, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt, white pepper, cumin and nutmeg in small bowl; rub over all sides of roast. Place roast in shallow roasting pan.
- BAKE for 1 hour or until no longer pink in center and internal temperature of 155° to 160° F is reached. Remove from oven; let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
