Low Carb Crockpot Chicken Dijon

  1. 4 chicken breasts with or without skin
  2. 3 Tbsp. olive oil (or any other)
  3. 2 cloves garlic minced
  4. 3 Tbsp. white wine
  5. 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  6. 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard


  1. Heat oil in a skillet. Add minced garlic and cook 3 minutes, stirring often.
  2. Add chicken breasts and brown.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine wine, soy sauce and mustard and mix well.
  4. Pour generously over chicken.
  5. Put all in crockpot and cook for 6 hours on high.
