Packaged in an unusual format — a deck of cards — The Tagine Deck is a guide to the delicious world of slow-cooked tagines. 

Named for the traditional Moroccan cooking vessel, this mouthwatering collection of includes recipes both traditional (Chicken with Pomegranate and Walnuts and Fish with Chickpeas and Peppers) and unconventional (Catalan Beef Ragout and Ossobuco alla Milanese).
