The newest book from dessert expert Sara Perry, Deep Dark Chocolate is an exploration of more than 60 ways to concoct chocolate treats, from cakes and cookies to candy and drinks. 

The book includes a buying guide to the many varieties of chocolate on the market today, ranging from bittersweet and semisweet chocolate to cocoa nibs and cocoa beans. There's also tips on kitchen techniques, tools, and ingredients commonly used with chocolate, as well as a glossary of chocolate terminology.

Here's how to invite friends to your member page:

2) Once on your member page, click on the "Invite your friends to Culinate" link on the left column. Add the emails of people you'd like to invite; it's up to you whether you also write a personal note. Then, click on "Send," and you're done.

We'll send your friends emails inviting them to accept your friend invitation on Culinate. To accept, they have to register on the site. Once they've registered and accepted your invitation, their user names will appear in your friends section on your member page — and you'll appear on theirs.
