Pho' Losselyong

Introduction
Top Ramen "not in college anymore style"
Ingredients
- 2 packets of Top Ramen (discard seasoning packets)
- ½ onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 6 crimini mushrooms, quartered
- 2 cups of kale, sliced
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 1 Tbsp. hoisen sauce
- 1 Tbsp. hot chili in oil sauce
- 1 Tbsp. siracha
- 2 tsp. Better Than Bouillon Chicken (available at New Seasons)
- 1 cup of diced cooked chicken ( we prefer to pick up one that has already been roasted)
- ½ baguette, toasted
Steps
- Saute' onion, carrot, celery and mushrooms until al dente in 4 qt sauce pan
- add water until ¾ full
- add chicken bouillon, mix and bring to a boil
- while waiting for boil, place chicken in 2 large bowls (like the ones your Pho' is served in at the restaurants)
- When water boils, add ramen noodles and set timer for 2½ minutes
- with 1 minute remaining add peas and kale
- evenly ladle soup into each bowl
- top with hoisen, hot chili in oil sauce and siracha (add less if you don't like it to hot)
- serve with toasted baguette for dipping
- eat with chopsticks and asian soup spoon
