We've a couple of things going on this week at the market. DRC returns to the market to give this week. Many shoppers enjoyed their performance last month so the guys decided to come back this month. Wendy Cohan RN, a dietery educator and nurse specializing in Celiac Disease and gluten intolerance education and support services, will be conducting a cooking demonstration this week.  Wendy will provide cooking ideas and will be available to answer questions.  Wendy's demonstration will start at 5 PM.

Unger Farms is finished for the season but looks forward to coming back next year. Graceful Blades is out this week but Grace will be back next week. Here is the list of vendors and expected availability list.

Draper Girls Country Farm - ciders (maybe), apples (Gravensteins, GingerGold, Early Gold), nectarines, peaches, plums (Santa Rosa), dried fruit, tomatoes, lamb,  goat (maybe)

Graceful Blades - OUT, BACK NEXT WEEK

Greenleaf Farms - Blackberries, raspberries (maybe), green beans, yellow wax beans, snow peas, new potatoes, chiogga beets

Greenville Farm - plums (Italian prune), apples, strawberries (maybe), zucchini, summer squash, green beans, romano beans, corn, broccoli, tomatoes

Herr Family Farm - cut flowers

Hot Mama Salsa -  handmade salsa and chips

Savory et Sweet - crepes and salads

Stephens Farm - blueberries, peaches, apples (Gravensteins, Williams Pride), plums, kale, cabbage, peas, beets, onions, snow peas, tomatoes
