School lunch reform in Baltimore

(article, Culinate staff)

Kids in the Baltimore public schools this fall are getting a whole new diet in the cafeteria, Gourmet.com reports. "Gone are the days of rubbery chicken nuggets and fries. In their place the chef plans to offer roasted poultry and baked herbed potatoes." And oh, yeah, head chef Tony Geraci plans to use as much local produce as possible.
