Housebound, no eggs

(article, Culinate staff)

Tara Parker-Pope, the New York Times health blogger, recently wrote a couple of posts about houses and eggs. House post: Older houses are better to live in than newer houses. No, not because that 1910 Craftsman is so gorgeous, but because older houses are in older neighborhoods, which were designed for walking, not driving. Egg post: Eggs are, finally, good for you again. That whole cholesterol thing? Forget it; an egg a day won't give you a heart attack and is actually pretty dang good for you. So eat your eggs on toast and take a walk already.
